We be Bizzy.

I went to the grocery for the weeks food last week. We had some yummy home cooked meals including Tuna Casserole, Potato and Beef ...some hamburger helper lasagna... :) ... Chicken Salad, fresh pineapple chunks which I cut myself and delicious hamburgers on the grill. and Chris enjoyed some cranberries in his salads.

Today I bought stuff to make Meatloaf, Chicken and rice, fresh fruits with my special dipping sauce i make (so it's Jamie's recipe- i make it well!) I bought pie and pie filling stuff, I bought some ice cream and Chris will be making his newly famous chicken pot pie tasting stuff that is no chicken pot pie (I know I'm a dork)

We only make three meals a week because that is all the nights we are home together but everything we make re-heats really well!

Yesterday we spent no time with our mom's on Mothers day but I had pizza shack for the first time for lunch on Sunday! I loved the toppings, not so thrilled about the crust though- too crunchy thick.

and dad stopped by and we went out to eat at Greeks pizza and then we went to chuck e cheese- played some games and then went to go watch DELTA FARCE with Larry the cable guy--and I hate stupid movies, but this one was actually FUNNY!

Chris mowed the yard on Saturday! He is learning so quickly! We are still waiting on hearing from the new job for him. we are hoping to take a long weekend and visit Matthew sometime soon! It's so hard with him being so far away...but We luv ya Matthew even though we haven't come to see you yet- we want to!

I ordered some new shirts from Victoria's Secret.com check them out!
I got this one in Paradise Pink
I got one similar to this one with wider lace straps-

It's like a hot pink/hot Orange color if that makes sense?

I got this one in Brandied Peach - it's lovely!

This one i got in this color- fairway green!

Friday of this week I got so so sick! Like I was trying to get it off all week to go to the mother's daughters banquet in danville and no one could switch with me. Then I couldn't sleep at all Thursday night and had a 101.4 temp on Friday morning. I finally went to the convenience care because it was hard to swallow and the doc said i have strep throat and I was in so much pain from my back that i went to the chiropractor and it didn't help! I tried to make it to work, in fact if I was working here at my home store, I would have been there despite the pain. But I couldn't drive and there was no way I was going to make it to to the other store.

Chris also took the jet-ski out on friday night with mitch and his son. They had fun.

Welp, Brent and Amanda's LePeep radar was working in full speed this Saturday. Again, they called as we were walking in to eat some 'peep'. They had information on the vacation this october, but we know it was the 'peep radar' going off. The Cinnamonster is so delicious!

I work all week in muncie this week, of course it had to be the week when gas prices are at an alltime high! But I do get paid for mileage but the company sucks at paying it in a timely manner. I can't get my expense report singed until O (muuncie manager) gets back from vacation and then I have to wait another week to send it in to the home office, then it will be several weeks before they get my check to me.

We are certainly positive about Chris' new job so we are getting our game plan ready. I may need to stay here and work until the house sells while Chris stays up there. This will really suck and not to mention the financial burden of everything. But hopefully the house sells quickly.

Now. I'm off to go to the grocery! We won't have any nights but tonight and Tuesday night together since I close the rest of the week. I am trying to get to close tuesday and have friday off for the mothers daughters banquet in danville. I requested it off at my home store but forgot to request it off in muncie. Hopefully the closing coordinator will switch with me.

Spider-Man 3

Chris played hookie yesterday and we snuck off to the 1:30 matinee showing of Spider man 3! I thought it was pretty awesome but Chris has never really been in to these superhero movies. He thought it was alright but said he really didn't like it. after the movie we went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. We both got a sirloin and they both really sucked. Somebody must have confused them when they were seasoning them because mine got double pepper and his got double salt. But we managed to eat them anyways. After that we came home and peacefully relaxed on the couch till it was time for Ghost Whisperer. Then chris went to bed and I enjoyed Close to Home and Numbers.

Last Sunday after churuch Chris and I went to LePeeps to eat and wouldn't ya know, Brent and Amanda call while we are there! "oh yes we did!" got some peep- now who's jealous! :)

I took my last final yesterday morning. I'm pretty sure I ace'd the English and probably a B in math. Woo-Whoo!

Chris got a good word from Sullair yesterday also! nothing officially, official but unofficially unofficial! Sounds like it will be about 5 weeks before anything starts happening. Hopefully it's an unofficial promise then.

Chris is setting up for the National Day of Prayer at Tipton Park. I'm on my way there now!

We are still waiting to hear from Sullair on Chris' interveiws as to if he got the job or not. They called and asked for him to fax something in to the office of Friday, so hopefully that is a good thing.

I'm being sent to Muncie twice this week and all five days next week. I managed to get 6th day pay (overtime) for only working five days, and I get mileage reimbursment. It's about an hour and 15 minute drive to Muncie from the house, about 56 miles. It was a peaceful drive yesterday. I just hate going through those small towns. The Muncie store recently got a remodel and boy does it look great! I'll post some pictures at the end of the week.

This past Friday night Chris and I babysat Devon! Casi and Shane both had some illness similar to the flu and didn't want the boys because they had to get shots which the Doc said would put them to sleep...you know we were just all too happy to help there! Austin went to Shane's parants house- Martha and EB who live just a few miles from us.

Here are some pictures from our night with Devon...

We set Devon's Play Area up in our bedroom.

Aunt Lulu had to get a photo.

Devon tries to chase the cat off the bed, Uncle Chris gots this thing down.

Devon chewed on all of our remotes. He's a real couch man- loves those buttons!
Casi said the worst part is getting him to fall asleep.
We had to hold him and rock him for an hour and a half before he finally fell asleep.
We thought he was teething so we gave him an ice pack the looks like a tennis ball and he
held it all night long.

Saturday morning Devon and I went outside in the yard while uncle Chris helped Tony move some rock.
That's Tony. He goes to our church. he just built a playground set for his children and needed some help moving lots, and lots of rock.
We got ready to go out and eat lunch at Tony's house with his family.

They invited Devon and I over for lunch.

When we got there, Chris was hard at work.

Devon and I jumped on the trampoline and watched the boys. We also spent a lot of time sitting on the porch with Tony's wife Kim and thier daughter Whitney. Collin is their new baby, but he fell asleep.

Devon loved the UNO Attack game uncle Chris played with him.

Boys will be boys, these boys got some big appettites! They cooked up some vegetable soup to eat right before Casi and Shane came to pick up the boys.

I had the weekend off. I went to mow the church yard and Chris helped Shane transfer washer and dryers out from the old house to the new.

When they got back, we went to Texas Roadhouse for some grub. Don't get a burger from that place - it really sucks. Stick with steaks or ribs.

Got those pictures ready!

Chris and Dad Spend a day fixin' the Mower! We had a long morning just waiting to get the parts that never came in to fix the tractor. Chris and Dad tweaked it to make it work, we still have to jump start it though with the car...are we ghetto or what?
I just want to add that I push mowed half of the front half of the yard and I took care of pulling these dead plants and weeds that I left for Chris and Dad to pick up before they mowed...sorry guys.

Won't be much on the posting front till May 2nd!

Hey All! I won't be posting much till May 2nd more than likely! That is the last day of classes for the spring term! I register for my summer class....maybe classes this Thursday! Whoo!

Last week:

Monday we both worked late.

Tuesday: We both worked days, I had class that evening and then came home to eat some yummy steak with Christopher and watch NCIS and do homework when Chris went to bed.

Wednesday: I worked a 12 hour day because of a fundraiser and Chris just chilled at the house that evening.

Thursday: We both worked the days again. This is my normal day off, but with Danyell at work being on maternity leave the schedules got flipped and flopped a little bit.

Friday: Chris and I drove to Michigan City for his interview at Sullair. It sounds very promising.

Saturday: Dad came over and we spent all of the morning getting parts to fix the tractor to mow the lawn. While we waited on the fed-ex shipment that never arrived we ate breakfast at The Breakfast House, the boys agreed, "It's a grandpa Beirne place".

Today, Sunday: We went to church which ran over by more than hour because there was a guest speaker, it was an excellent word so no one minded staying over. We worked on our tans together, took a nap on the couch, worked on the flower beds a little and Chris had BoJack chasing him on the dirt bike. I think I'm going to get my essay written and do some other homework, while Chris.... does Chris stuff.

Not last week, but the week before Chris and I went shopping at Elder-Beerman and I bought these jeans for only $2.99 each. $6.34 all together. it was great.

Below Mom holds up all the eggs!

First Brent and Mom hang out on the couch
Then Brent and Amanda with her bunny ears share the couch!

Uncle Chris plays with Makenna in her little thing-a-ma-bob she gots there
And Uncle Chris just can't seem to stay away from the hand ducky puppet.

Ashley does her supermodel pose. Rachel spent the whole evening on her wheels upstairs.

Chris gets comfy on mom's couch!

We ended the night with a picture of us and my Grandma and Grandpa.

We had a really great Easter and got to spend it with a lot of the people we love. Some unfortuantly couldn't make it.

Thursday April 4th, 2007

Thursday, April 4th 2007

This Thursday Chris had a second interview with Sullair. We just heard back from them this week (4-12-2007) and they want to talk to him for a third time for a technical interview at the end of the month.

I waited at the hotel room in Michigan City while he was in the interview. I was bored out of my mind watching tv, playing on the internet, doing crunches, writing poems...yeah all that his interview lasted from 8am until 12:15.

After we were finished with the interview in Michigan City we went to Fort Wayne to play with Austin at Chuck E Cheese's. You know me, I just can't get enough of that place- a sign that i really love my job. ;)

We had a blast running around playing games. The all-day favorite was Ninja Turtles! Austin would not let us stop playing! I think we put $10 worth of tokens in that thing- in fact I know we did combined. It was great though and Austin got the hang of it really quickly. He was totally kickin' butt.

Here are some pictures:

(Just let me say, there are ALOT more AWESOME PICTURES!)
