So, I had 4 little potatoes hanging around, some left over ham steak, and broccoli and cauliflower. (And canteloupe for fresh fruit snacking.)
I whipped up some mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheese-whiz. Tossed in the meat (fryed) - Stuffed the ramekins - Tossed in the oven for about 15 minutes - Plated with sides.
Quick and Yum.
