Spent Some Time with Austin and Devon!

few weeks ago Chris and I went to spend the day with Casi and the boys! This was my first visit to their house - it's really pretty and seem a lot bigger than the old one - and we did a lot on this day! :)

Here Aunt Lulu is playing a tiny sized super hero memory game with the boys in the hallway!

The first thing Aunt Lulu got to do upon arrival was change Devon's stinky diaper! Man- can you smell that?

Devon wiggles and moves so much when trying to change him now-a-days!

i was holding his arms down with my feet and here is trying to flip right out of my arms!

Aunt Lulu decided to feast on baby Devon, but Austin said no way Jose!

Austin is playing 'there he is' - not really peek-a-boo if you're not saying peek-a-boo - with Uncle Trist! ;)

Devon didn't want to smile, so Austin is helping him out.
Oh, and the boys gonna get us kicked out of McDonald's for rough playing...
next we went to the mall, both boys slept through the entire three hour stroll!
Chris got comfy in a COLTS Chair.
After the long mall trip, Chris fed Devon while the rest of feasted on the buffet at East of Chicago Pizza, Co.

Casi and Lara swing together for a photo opp

Oh and Casi is just eating up this camera time! Austin told her, "no kissy face mommy, no kissy- smile like dis o'tay?"

Uncle Chris smiles really, really big with Devon after giving him a bottle so he could eat his dinner.

And Lara trying to be cool on the way to Casi's house, check out them shades.

Lots, Lots, Lots more too see here!

Pacers game!

Chris and Lara Know how to ROCK IT at the Pacers game!
I was shopping Ticketmaster looking for Rascal Flatt tickets when I came across some Pacer Tickets for $4.00 each! I bought enough for the Team2's (team trainers) to all go as a THANK YOU for all their hard work.
One Team2 bailed on us the night before so Chris went in their place. Travis loves the Pacers so he had a great time! Cory should have opted not to go, he never relished the possibility that he might actually have a little fun, Capri roked it with Chris and I and Cara - who likes basketball about as much as I do - (take how much I love the Colts, and that's how much I dislike basketball, said that even she enjoyed herself although she didn't cheer.
chris and I had a great time! We are going to check on going to another game for $4.00 on Pepsi Co.- man that company rocks! How about $4.00 tickets to the Colts?

Wal-Mart sign in

Hey - My mom told me that you have to sign up to see the pictures at Wal-Mart.com so I am in the process of transferring them all to GmailPhotoAlbum. You can see some already, others will take me a few days, as I have an essay due on tuesday! -- Lara

Ghost Rider

Sunday evening Chris and I took advantage of our FIVE BUCK CLUB membership :) and went to go see GHOST RIDER! It's almost time for it to leave the theaters I'm betting but it was pretty good. Reminded me a lot of Dare Devil, I don't know how everyone else feels about it, but I thought it was missing something. I thought it was good, but couldn't get past the feeling that one important element was missing. I don't know, Chris says it was good all around.

They did an amazing job with the whole teenager looking like the adult thing. Man that was great. I hate when they do the grow up stuff and you can't tell which person they are supposed to be! But it's worth going to see.

Speed Races

Check out all our photos HERE!

Hanging out!

Saturday, March 10th :

Lara worked in the morning while Chris went to Danville to work on mom's computer and to pick up Casi, Austin and Devon. He brought Casi and the boys to Kokomo to pick lara up from work and then we all went to Shane and Casi's house in Warren where we met up with Shane and went out to eat at Red lobster! It was goooood, a little pasty, but goooood all the same. Chris and I shared the Cajun Chicken with Alfredo, while the Davis Family - all but Devon - had Shrimp Scampi!

Austin never eats anything, anything, never, never - okay he eats Chicken Nuggets sometimes, about one a meal on average and that's all. At Red Lobster he hat a FULL ADULT SIZE ORDER OF SHRIMP SCAMPI, that's like 20 shrimp and he even ate the broccoli and carrots that came with it! I wish I would have had the camera to get a picture of it!

After we ate, we went home early to get some sleep for the girls' races on SUNDAY:

At the races, nothing real exciting ever happens until it is time for the girls to race- and that only lasts one to three laps. We left Casi's house at like 4am to get at the rink by 5am. Chris napped in the car after we got there.
Rachel got first place in her division and Ashley got first place in her division for both in-lines and quads! Rachel only races quads. She claims to want to race in-lines but she hardly ever wants to wear them, although I do have Kristina's blades at my house, so Rachel has none to wear-- maybe that's why? Hmm.... Both girls move up divisions next year. Rachel "races up" against the older girls this year and will usually fall in the bottom half but once she gains her confidence, all she needs is one girl to wipe out and give her the lead! :) okay- I'm not saying I would do anything, but... :0 Just kidding guys!

MONDAY:

Started as normal. Alarm clock rings, chris turns it off. But when I rolled out of bed this morning, he was still home working onhis expense reports. I finished my essay for class and Chris had this bright idea for us to go get a bite to eat. we decided soup and salad from Olive Garden sounded perfect! (which does not open until 11am just so you know - it's not posted anywhere)

So we hung out in the car for 15 minutes and in this 15 minutes, 8 other cars pulled in and people just stood by the door waiting to get in- I felt bad for the guy unlocking the doors! He got bombarded by old women and us! Chris had Faggoli and I had Zuppa Toscana and in true Olive Garden fashion, we shared a big bowl of salad!

Oh, yeah- chris splattered a whole-lotta soup on his shirt and Chris says THANK YOU to Brent and Amanada for sharing the Tide Pen secret with us! We never would have bought them, had they not used it on his shirt in North Carolina this past summer!

We got a newer computer!

Hey, guess what y'all? We FINALLY got a newer computer! and this one actually loads blogger without making me wait 45 minutes. So you can hopefully see more frequent posts from us- or well from me since Chris usually don't! You know him..

February Date Night!

Valentine's DAY - of course!

We started out the morning, planning on going to work but we were just a little snowed in. When you looked out the upstairs window- you couldn't see anything but snow! Totally a shot out of the movie, "The Day After Tomorrow!" We both had to call off, Chris made some calls from the house and I worked another day of the week for Cara, since she went in for me.

The first thing we had to do after the road got cleared a bit was dig out the cars! Here is a picture of the Celica. Big drifts everywhere! it was insane!

After we got the car all dug out and ready to go we went to EDDIE MERLOT's For Dinner! We both ad the Fillet Mignon (spelling??) and then we shared a side of Garlic Mashed potatoes and a side of Broccoli! It was most delicious!

After dinner, we headed to the hotel! The Holiday Inn with The Caribbean Water park! We had a blast! Here is the water park!

Chris and I kinda sorta made a New Years resolution if you will, that every month we were going to do something really, really fun- outside the norm of dinner and a movie as our date night. (Once a Month is good since most things cost more than we want to pay!) So here are a few catch up posts.
