Chris Got New Wheels

So, I'm thrilled that Chris has mastered (at least momentarily) the art of savings... He managed to save enough money to purchase new tires and new rims for his car, aren't you? He also squeezed in a little thingie to buff his car... yeah, like he's ever going to spend 2 hours doing that again, but he liked it. Now he has to purchase some dust cover things to keep the brake dust from ruining his new rims.
