She totally washed the dishes during clean-up time.
This is what we used some of the tortillas for... White Chicken Enchiladas.
This recipe from Joyful Momma's Kitchen was alright...but better than the one I used previously. I'll probably try a different one next time to compare. (Maybe I just don't have a taste for White Chicken Enchilada's?)
