Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way, ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future.

We are still waiting to hear from Sullair on Chris' interveiws as to if he got the job or not. They called and asked for him to fax something in to the office of Friday, so hopefully that is a good thing.

I'm being sent to Muncie twice this week and all five days next week. I managed to get 6th day pay (overtime) for only working five days, and I get mileage reimbursment. It's about an hour and 15 minute drive to Muncie from the house, about 56 miles. It was a peaceful drive yesterday. I just hate going through those small towns. The Muncie store recently got a remodel and boy does it look great! I'll post some pictures at the end of the week.

This past Friday night Chris and I babysat Devon! Casi and Shane both had some illness similar to the flu and didn't want the boys because they had to get shots which the Doc said would put them to sleep...you know we were just all too happy to help there! Austin went to Shane's parants house- Martha and EB who live just a few miles from us.

Here are some pictures from our night with Devon...

We set Devon's Play Area up in our bedroom.

Aunt Lulu had to get a photo.

Devon tries to chase the cat off the bed, Uncle Chris gots this thing down.

Devon chewed on all of our remotes. He's a real couch man- loves those buttons!
Casi said the worst part is getting him to fall asleep.
We had to hold him and rock him for an hour and a half before he finally fell asleep.
We thought he was teething so we gave him an ice pack the looks like a tennis ball and he
held it all night long.

Saturday morning Devon and I went outside in the yard while uncle Chris helped Tony move some rock.
That's Tony. He goes to our church. he just built a playground set for his children and needed some help moving lots, and lots of rock.
We got ready to go out and eat lunch at Tony's house with his family.

They invited Devon and I over for lunch.

When we got there, Chris was hard at work.

Devon and I jumped on the trampoline and watched the boys. We also spent a lot of time sitting on the porch with Tony's wife Kim and thier daughter Whitney. Collin is their new baby, but he fell asleep.

Devon loved the UNO Attack game uncle Chris played with him.

Boys will be boys, these boys got some big appettites! They cooked up some vegetable soup to eat right before Casi and Shane came to pick up the boys.

I had the weekend off. I went to mow the church yard and Chris helped Shane transfer washer and dryers out from the old house to the new.

When they got back, we went to Texas Roadhouse for some grub. Don't get a burger from that place - it really sucks. Stick with steaks or ribs.

See a Load of Pictures Here!
